Peel and devein two pounds wild caught Gulf shrimp. Marinade in Citrus Vinaigrette for no more than two hours. Drain, place on sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with 4:1:1 seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder in a 4:1:1 ratio). Roast at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
