When it comes to cheese, the more pungent the better for me. That hasn’t always been the case. Either I acquired a taste or my taste buds dulled. All I know is that I love strong cheese now and it suits my taste with a most pleasant eating experience.
Stilton? Bring it on.
Roquefort? Yes, please.
Blue cheese? My favorite!
Along with my love for blue cheese comes a fondness for Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing. It packs a wallop of flavor into each tablespoonful. So, you can use it sparingly, if so inclined, and still have a mountain of taste. Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing is mighty fine.
Check out this video and you’ll see just how easy it is to make.

It all started in Eugenia Duke’s Greenville, South Carolina kitchen in the early 1900’s. It was excellent then and it’s still excellent today. Mrs. Duke wouldn’t have it any other way.

I completely agree…a recipe is really dependent on the quality of products you use…and mayonnaise is no exception!! An absolute game changer in so many dishes, a good mayo is hard to come by – thanks for recommending this brand! This dressing looking delicious!

Duke’s is the best, Sarah Jane. It doesn’t contain sugar so you get the wonderful tanginess that you expect from mayo.
