Baked Buttermilk Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy
Marinate 3 or 4 center cut pork rib chops overnight or several hours in buttermilk. Drain and dredge in flour heavily seasoned with Season-All (one of my FAVORITES). Heat a small amount of olive oil in a heavy skillet or pan. Brown pork chops for two or three minutes on one side or until nice and golden brown.
After they are browned on the first side, turn and place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender. Serve with Tomato Gravy.

making these tonight and it’s the first time i’ve ever breaded a meat and browned it in the pan…when i turned it over on one of the chops, the breading stuck to the pan. could it be that i cooked it too long, not long enough or my pan wasn’t oiled enough?? thanks! smells great…can’t wait til they are done.

Stephanie,
You probably didn’t have enough the pan hot enough before putting in your chops. I hope they turn out good! <3
