Make sure the lettuce is as dry as you can get it after it's been washed. This will help the dressing stick to the lettuce instead of it all sliding off onto the plate. Use a variety of heirloom cherry-type tomatoes if they're available.
1head iceberg lettucewashed, drained and patted dry
Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
pretty little tomatoesor pretty big tomatoes chopped
6 to 8sliced cookedcrispy bacon
Blue Cheese crumbles
Instructions
Cut head of iceberg lettuce into 4 to 6 wedges
Drizzle blue cheese dressing over lettuce. Top with tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
