Wedge Salad with Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing


  • Yield: 4 to 6 serving
  • Make sure the lettuce is as dry as you can get it after it's been washed. This will help the dressing stick to the lettuce instead of it all sliding off onto the plate. Use a variety of heirloom cherry-type tomatoes if they're available.
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce washed, drained and patted dry
  • Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
  • pretty little tomatoes or pretty big tomatoes chopped
  • 6 to 8 sliced cooked crispy bacon
  • Blue Cheese crumbles


  • Cut head of iceberg lettuce into 4 to 6 wedges
  • Drizzle blue cheese dressing over lettuce. Top with tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
  • Sprinkle on additional blue cheese crumbles.
