Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

Along with my love for blue cheese comes a fondness for Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing. It packs a wallop of flavor into each tablespoonful.  So, you can use it sparingly, if so inclined, and still have a mountain of taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing. A dip for fresh vegetables, favorite sauce for chicken wings and a salad dressing. Packed with protein, too. Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
  • Add first 6 ingredients to a medium bowl. Whisk until well mixed. Add blue cheese crumbles and gently stir for a chunky texture. For a smoother texture, mash some or all of the crumbles.
  • Chill thoroughly before using.
