Place water, brown sugar, cranberries and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let boil, uncovered, until the cranberries start to pop.
Stir in oatmeal and reduce to medium heat.
Cook for 1 minute, stirring occassionally.
Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl. Drizzle with honey.
Serve hot.
