You know, this week here in Dallas we’ve had 45% humidity and 100 degree temps. I feel like a dang crawfish in a steamer pot. I’m practically bathing in tea … and I love peach tea… but I never thought about putting ginger in it! Looks yummy !

Congrats to Ann. Thanks so much for the Peach Tea Recipe. I love Peach tea and this version sounds heavenly. We are starting to see good peaches in our market so I’m going to try this.

The pattern is Mikasa which is very popular! I love it and have several pieces. I don’t use that pitcher as much as I would like because I’m so afraid it will chip. Plus, due to the way the spout is made, you can’t turn it upside down for it to dry. So, I save it for special occasions.

I like the flavors of ginger and peach. I even use a little ginger in my peach cobbler.

I finally got this tea down pat so the peach flavor doesn’t overwhelm the tea. I love it! Drinking right now as a matter of fact!

I’ll come visit and take a look at your Peach Tea. I’m sure it’s fabulous. All your stuff is! 🙂

I just recently posted a peach tea myself Jackie & you know what? Though I didn’t use it on that post, I swear that pitcher and those glasses are identical to my Mama’s. Sure looks it. I have no idea where they came from but I inherited them when she passed. Small world! I like the addition of ginger – great idea! And of course for me, it’s Luzianne tea all the way. It just really makes a perfect iced tea!

I think anywhere you live in the continental US, you’ll have at least three miserable months. You just need to decide if you want to be hot and miserable or cold and miserable. Some unfortunate souls miserable on both extremes. As much as I complain about the heat, I would rather live here than in a cold weather climate. I complain about the heat to keep carrying on my duty as a Southerner in the Deep South. 🙂

One thing about it..it does get hot here in the south…but you know I hate cold and you can always drink some of this wonderful tea and sit under the AC!

Jackie, I was just up in your neck of the woods (Mobile AL) and it is hotter there than it is here!!! It was 102 while we were there – and oh the humidity!!! LOL. This peach tea sounds yummy!

Luzianne Tea is just the best. I well remember when my Grandmother made the declaration that she was switching from Lipton to Luzianne because it doesn’t “turn cloudy”. 🙂

I can’t remember the last time I had a glass of Luzianne ice tea. Ahh memories. 🙂 I do remember the summer heat in the south.
