I’m cracking up. When I moved to Tennessee from Maine and got a job in Knoxville after college, I met a woman who ate pimenno cheese sandwiches. I went home and asked my husband if he’d ever heard of it that kind of cheese and he said, “It’s pimiento!”

Dear Jackie…..CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! I feel sure that is some experience holding your own cookbook and life story in your hands knowing that the world is gonna see it.
