We have 5 pieces of cast iron. Cornbread and biscuits and gravy just wouldn’t be the same cooked in anything else. We also cook gumbo and jambalaya in our dutch ovens.

Altogether I have 7 pieces …..5 skillets of varying sizes, a griddle and a dutch oven. Some were my Mother’s and a few I have bought, old and new. Cannot cook without my cast iron. Cornbread cannot be baked or fried any other way. !!!

I have a large CAST IRON SKILLET that was my grandmothers. I love to making tortilla pizza supreme. I also have 2 mini’s. Would love to have another that maybe I could gift to someone!!
