Pears and cheese are a prefect flavor combination. The sugared cranberry was a nice added dimension. 🙂

i’m not into raw pears–something about the texture turns me off. poached pears are another story, and paired with stinky cheese, well, that’s an obsession. 🙂

I can imagine those poached pears would taste great with some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.. Yummy!
