Isn’t that the God’s honest truth? I promise you that it’s coming up soon. I think I will go ahead and make my seafood stock today and refreeze it. I might even get the gumbo made as early as next week.

That’s why I haven’t been able to make any seafood gumbo.My Mee Maw had no recipe for her gumbo. I’ve tried to recreate it , but I’m just not that good yet! I’m looking forward to finally getting a seafood gumbo recipe.

I do make really good Seafood Gumbo but I haven’t worked up the recipe yet. I’ve got shrimp and crab shells in my freezer just waiting for me to make stock. Seafood Gumbo will be coming up real soon!
