This turned out great! I did squeeze the liquid out of the pulled pork first so the chips wouldn’t get soggy. I didn’t see a pan size, so I guessed. I’ll definitely be using this recipe again!

I smoked a Boston butt the day before yesterday, and my family is kinda BBQ’ed out. I googled for recipes and came across this one. Looking forward to making this tonight, I havent had nachos in ages.

What a great excuse to make pulled pork! This looks like such an easy summer meal. Definitely looks better than the fried egg sandwich I had for dinner tonight!
