So glad Saltine Toffee worked out for you! A jelly roll pan comes in quite handy. I use mine often. If you do much cooking at all, you’ll find tons of uses for it.

I made it for our parsonage open house in Indiana and it was a big hit! I used a Magic Bullet to “chop” the pecans and used the wrong blade so they turned into a pecan dust, but I went ahead and used it anyway. It still turned out good! This is the second recipe I’ve come across this season using a jelly roll pan. I need to work on getting one of those. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
