In reply to Christopher Dillon. Christopher, I agree that 80/20 ground beef is the best option. That’s my go to. You get more flavor and you can drain the grease if needed.

These have been a staple of my diet since the early 70’s. Except we only used meat, soup, and buns. It makes a difference on the fat content of the meat. 80/20 works the best.

I always give priority onion burger after hum burger. In a simple word, I just love it!! Easy to make and tasty too. Thanks for your recipe, now I can make it home when I want.
