I am so proud of my family. My daughter is now training for an Iron Man Triathlon which consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike AND a marathon 26.2-mile. She’ll compete in November of this year in Panama City, FL. Her dad and I will be there to cheer her across the finish line. 😉

This peanut butter candy was served in our lunchrooms at school. I have the recipe but I dont think I have made it. Seems to me they used to roll it in coconut sometimes. It is really good tho.
