“This recipe requires you to do a lot of throwing.” made me giggle this morning. I looked at the darkened banana on my counter and threw it in the freezer. I usually freeze them for smoothies and baking, Looks like we’ll try ice cream soon.

I hope you enjoyed your vacation. Welcome back!

We live in the Tampa area now. We’ll be back Mobile next April for our 40th class reunion (can that be right?????) from B C Rain High School. The DIP area has gone down so much it makes me sad. It’s nothing like it was when we lived there.

I used to go the the antebellum home Oakleigh, each Christmas when we lived in Mobile. Do they still decorate it an open it to the public?

Half and half is half milk and half cream. You can find it next to cream in the dairy section. You certainly can substitute milk or cream if you’d like. I always have half and half on hand because we use it in our coffee.

Have made this banana “Ice Cream” ever since I saw it on a TV show but with added frozen raspberries to the mix when processing.Yummy.
But love the sauce recipe. Could just fill the pudding gap when i run out of ideas and energy. It could also be yummy over various other things Like pancakes etc.
Half and Half? is that like a full cream unhomogenised milk?

Hi Julia! That’s one of my favorite flavor combos, too! Honey and peanut butter by itself is scrumptious. Throw some banana in there and it’s almost too good to be true.

It’s like you know me or something, lol! I love banana, honey and peanut butter together! Typically I put the three in a smoothie together and haven’t tried them on ice cream. Sounds delicious! Have a great weekend!
