I’m not familiar with that brand but I’m going to look for them. I’m particularly fond of sweet/hot combos. Thanks for the tip!

Jackie, Ham salad is my all-time favorite use for leftover ham. I used to use a food processor, but now I’ve gone back to a food grinder; just the same way my grandmother taught me how to make it 60+ years ago. It appears that you like to spice it up with Jalapeño rings. Have you ever tried Texas Sweet & Hot Jalapeños? I grind them up in the mix as well. They also work in and on deviled eggs. They’re incredible.

Mary,

I buy a whole ham when I only need a half for the same reason. If you like pimentos, you'll enjoy pepper relish.

We do like the food that's familiar to us. I've heard of many other people that make it the same way as you.
