I’ve added mustard, too. These little sandwiches are so good. They’re perfect for around the holidays, too, because you can make ahead which is always a big help. I will use this method for hot turkey sandwiches after Thanksgiving.

They are great for showers, weddings and any time for pick ups.You can also use the little Pepperidge Farms rolls too. I also add a little mustard to my recipe . I don’t use garlic in mine, but I use finely chopped onions instead of dried onions. They are delicious. When you taste them, you can not stop eating them. ENJOY!!!!!

Never heard of funeral sandwiches, though. I make something very similar but slather on mayo and a good mustard instead of your sauce. You can add a sliver of onion if you want. You can also make the sandwiches and wrap them individually in aluminum foil. Then when you’re ready to have one, pull one (or three) out of the freezer and pop them straight into the oven for about 30 minutes. Yum, Yum……
