Flossie,

You are more than welcome! I've got lots of recipes that are very, very easy. I hope you've found my recipe index on the blog. Also, I have some cooking demonstration videos. You can find them on the blog at the tab at the top of the page. Let me know how you're coming along with your cooking. I will help you anyway I can.

Flossie,

I'll be happy to help you. Heat a skillet and put 1 to 1/2 inches of cooking oil in the skillet. I used canola oil. Heat the oil to medium high. Carefully drop some of the pies in the hot oil. Flip as soon as the first side turns golden brown. It will only take about 3 minutes. Watch them carefully. Remove from the skillet after the second side has browned. I hope this helped. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
