Jackie I love to mix apples in coleslaw! When in grade school the cooks made the slaw with apples and raisins. I thought it was horrible at the time but I do love it now. Toasted sunflower seeds are good in slaw as well. Walnuts…a new taste test!! Having a dinner party….and I think I will do this!

I love coleslaw and I’m always looking for new recipes. This sounded interesting because it’s light. I love the addition of cinnamon! 🙂
