					<description><![CDATA[It was wonderful to see someone from Geneva, Alabama.  That is where my mother&#039;s family is from and where they were born and raised.  I had cousins that grew up in Geneva and we would spend time with them.  It was such a fun place to visit and so close to Panama City.  Such fun memories that we share together.  I am going to make your aunt&#039;s pecan pie because it looks delicious.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[My Mother in Law, Oleta Headd Hampton gave me my first taste of Pecan Pie.  I adored it from the start and could not believe I had missed this amazing treat.  She also told me that she would put a splash of RUM in the pie but I wasn&#039;t to tell the &quot;church ladies&quot;.    I LOVE that.  She is no longer with us but  we have so mny memories of her wonderful recipes!    Thanks for the memories.]]></description>

I haven’t but only because this is a cherished family recipe. However, either or both would be acceptable substitutions. Some people use cane syrup instead of corn syrup.
