I know everyone automatically thinks of appetizes. I live alone and can pretty much make what I want., Cooking with Mary and friends had the right idea. After a long day, I will make this for my dinner. This morning I made it for brunch Topped with sliced almonds, raspberry jam and served with apples and Ritz crackers.Great weekend breakfast! B Karr

I love brie cheese it is so good and baked brie is amazing, I really miss cheese at times, I have found a goat brie but the butteriness isn’t the same. its the perfect indulge with cheese.
