In reply to Maureen | Orgasmic Chef. Maureen, If you like arugula fresh, I think you'll love it sautéed. I like to throw it in soups, too. You can use it pretty much like you do spinach.

You’re such a nut…I can just see you out in the rain, harvesting, humming a little song, getting wet feet! Yup, the only sad thing is, I wasn’t there to do it with you…I love being out in the rain, driving, walking, sleeping to, you get the picture!! And i especially love a good thunderstorm. There!! Now you know what kind of a nut I am!! 🙂

I’ve never had arugula in a frittata before but tons of goat cheese. I’ll give this a try and see how I go. 🙂
